This dataset contains the nutrient analysis (carbon, nitrogen, stable isotopes) for estuary water, leaf detritus, container habitat water, larvae within containers, and adult mosquitos, as well as the results of viral analysis for adult mosquitos collected in June 2016. Adult mosquitos were collected and analyzed in June 2017. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Yee, S., D. Yee, R. DeJesus-Crespo, A. Oczkowski, F. Bai, and S. Friedman.
