Louisville Metro KY - Active Construction Permits

The Division of Construction Review as part of the Department of Codes and Regulations is responsible for oversight of new construction in Louisville Metro through a review process that includes review of construction plans and issuance of permits and inspections. This process is in place to ensure the safety of citizens and compliance with the Kentucky Building Code and associated codes and ordinances. Field Name Field Description PERMIT_NUMBER Unique Identifier of the permit PERMIT_TYPE type of service covered by the permit PERMIT_STATUS State of the current Permit CONTRACTOR Contractor providing the service permitted CATEGORY_NAME Type of Occupancy WORK_TYPE Type of work covered by the permit ZONING Metro planning zone identifier SQFT Square Footage cover by the permit PERMIT_FEE Amount of fee for the permit PROJECT_COSTS Estimated cost of the project ADDRESS The location of the property where the permit was issued. CITY STATE ZIPCODE LATITUDE LONGITUDE DISTRICT The council district where the property is located in. NEIGHBORHOOD Name of the neighborhood where the property is located. ISSUE_DATE date permit issued
