Louisville Metro KY - APCD Industrial Construction Permits
Industrial air pollution permits implement the laws, regulations, and requirements that apply to industrial and commercial facilities that emit air pollution. Any piece of equipment or project in Louisville that emits or controls air pollutants requires a permit prior to installation and operation unless it is specifically exempted from the APCD’s permit requirements.The APCD uses a two-permit system for “major” facilities. Construction Permits (included in this data set) are required prior to beginning any construction or modification.
