The Department of Codes and Regulations issues and inspects Development Permits (building, electrical, HVAC), enforces Property Maintenance Code (housing) and Land Development Code (zoning), and administers the Code Enforcement Board. Field Name Field Description Record_ID Unique identifier for the record in Accela PROCESS_NAME The name of the Accela workflow applied to the record. RECORD_STATUS Current state of the record STATUS_DATE date the record entered the current state TASK_IS_ACTIVE Y = yes the task is active N= no the task is not active TASK_IS_COMPLETE Y = yes the task is complete N= no the task is not complete TASK_STATUS_DATE The date the task status was assigned to the task. TASK_STATUS The state assigned to the task. TASK This will be the 'Open' task in the workflow. The work is performed during the open task. ACTION_BY The person who assigned the task status UPDATED_BY who modified the record last UPDATED_DATE when the record was last modified RECORD_TYPE The type of record DATE_OPENED The date the record was opened ADDRESS The location of the property where the task took place. CITY STATE ZIPCODE LATITUDE LONGITUDE DISTRICT The council district where the property is located in.
