Mapping the Uncharted Diversity of Arctic Marine Microbes
The types of environmental data and information that will be
created during the course of the project include raw DNA sequences and quality
scores, assembled DNA sequences, translated protein sequences, and gene and
protein annotations. The data will be shared as soon as it passes
quality-control checks but no later than 2 years within the receipt of raw DNA
sequence reads.
