This dataset consists of output from the Meteorology-Chemistry Input Processor (MCIP), which is used to prepare meteorological data in the format needed for the Community Multiscale Air Quality (CMAQ) model. The Rutgers team has created a module that simulates emissions from two species of pollen using meteorological data in this format. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Cai, T., Y. Zhang, X. Ren, L. Bielory, Z. Mi, C. Nolte, Y. Gao, R. Leung, and P. Georgopoulos. Development of a semi-mechanistic allergenic pollen emission model. SCIENCE OF THE TOTAL ENVIRONMENT. Elsevier BV, AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS, 653: 947-957, (2019).
