Model Archive Summary for Turbidity Derived Suspended-Sediment Concentrations at 11455350 Cache Slough at Ryer Island, Ca (2013-2018)

Published by U.S. Geological Survey | Department of the Interior | Metadata Last Checked: January 27, 2026 | Last Modified: 2022-10-18T00:00:00Z
This Model Archive Summary (MAS) describes the development of a turbidity derived suspended-sediment concentration (SSC) time-series computation model. The MAS includes all the methods and techniques used to develop the model for USGS stations 11455350 Cache Slough at Ryer Island, Ca. The time-series suspended-sediment concentration data are representative of the cross section and are adequate to compute suspended-sediment flux, to help managers and others to track the movement of sediment in the Sacramento-San-Joaquin Delta and to better understand habitat dynamics.
