Mojave Desert Network (MOJN) Selected Large Springs (SLS) Data Package (2012-2025)

This data package contains discrete data collected for the Mojave Desert Network Inventory and Monitoring Program (MOJN I&M) Selected Large Springs (SLS) protocol from 2012 to June 2025. This protocol is designed to monitor hydrological and ecological condition at five springs in Death Valley National Park (DEVA), three springs and one well in Great Basin National Park, two springs in Joshua Tree National Park (JOTR), two springs and one well in Lake Mead National Recreation Area (LAKE), one spring in Mojave National Preserve (MOJA), and two springs in Parashant National Monument (PARA). Data collected in situ include water quantity, water quality, and depth to water from land surface. Data collected from samples that are shipped to partner laboratories include water chemistry and benthic macroinvertebrates. Benthic macroinvertebrate sample data are published in a separate data package.
