National Advanced Utility Metering
The National Advanced Utility Metering (NAUM) system is used to monitor utility consumption of EPA managed facilities required by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005), the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA 2007) and Executive Order 13514, along with other Presidential Memorandums that have established the need for additional water and utility metering.
