The National Study of Postsecondary Faculty, 2004 (NSOPF:04), is the last iteration in a series of studies that form the National Study of Postsecondary Faculty (NSOPF) program. NSOPF:04 (https://nces.ed.gov/surveys/nsopf/) is a cross-sectional survey that provides a national profile of postsecondary faculty and instructional staff: their professional backgrounds, responsibilities, workloads, salaries, benefits, and attitudes.
