NOAA Fisheries Imagery Portal Prototype in Florida Middle Grounds from 201806 to 202504 (NCEI Accession 0304678)
The NOAA Fisheries Imagery Portal Prototype was a map-based search and discovery tool for underwater imagery data. The prototype was developed as part of NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) Video Data Management Pilot for NOAA Fisheries. This map viewer displayed the location of a collection of video data recorded in the Florida Middle Grounds. These annotated videos were collected by the Southeast Fisheries Science Center between 2014-2015 as part of the Untrawlable Habitat Strategic Initiative (UHSI). The videos were archived at NCEI and more information is available on the dataset landing page: https://doi.org/10.25921/sta3-3b95.
