The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries (NMFS), and the National Coastal Data Development Center (NCDDC) have teamed to develop the NOAA Habitat Restoration Monitoring (NOHARM) project. Data presented here are part of an experimental approach to monitoring selected NOAA-sponsored restoration projects. Data include overhead imagery, ground truth photographs, metadata, summaries, spectral signatures, and GIS map files to: 1) view overhead imagery to assess change over time and 2) relate ground truth images to overhead imagery.
