North Carolina 2016 HYDRO Polygons
This data set contains vector polygons representing the coastal shoreline and hydrography used in the creation of the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) for North Carolina. As a whole, the ESI data characterize the marine and coastal environments and wildlife by their sensitivity to spilled oil, and include information for three main components: shoreline habitats, sensitive biological resources, and human-use resources.
