Office of Labor Policy & Standards Enforcement Matters (Historical)
The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection's Office of Labor Policy & Standards (OLPS) protects workers and enforces local labor laws that help ensure a fair workplace for all persons working in the City, and to ensure they can realize their rights.
This dataset provides a list of all worker complaints under the Fair Workwek and Paid Safe and Sick Leave laws that, after preliminary investigation, were taken up by OLPS attorneys as an enforcement matter.
