Panama City Habitat Mapping Survey
This data set contains processed multibeam sonar data (Geotiff files) from 3 narrow (0.5-2.0 nm) cross-shelf transects from about 20 to 75 m depths near the border between Bay and Walton counties in NW Florida. The data set also contains morphometric data (reef maximum relief, area, maximum length, and distance to nearest reef on all individual reefs identified in the raw digital side scan sonar data from 1) 21 cross-shelf single-swath (150 m) transects between 20 and 50 m depths from off Panama City west to the Florida-Alabama border, and 2) 13 cross-shelf single-swath (150 m) transects between 10 and 50 m depths from just east of Cape San Blas east and south to about Cedar Key, FL.
