These data are surface to bottom (depth specific) measurements of conductivity (salinity), temperature, dissolved oxygen, and water clarity (transmissivity) collected as part of NOAA Fisheries SEFSC Panama City laboratorys fishery-independent survey of natural reefs on the northern half of the West Florida Shelf in the northeastern Gulf of Mexico.
