A tubular pin (200) is arranged in a bushing piece (100) as a rotary hinge for guiding water and a bearing flange (210) is provided coaxially to the tubular pin and the bushing piece. The bearing flange lies on an axial bearing (110) on one side and on an annular flange (42) of a hollow screw (4) arranged coaxially to the axial bearing on the other side. Preferred Features: The tubular pin is molded to a water guiding housing (2) whilst the bearing flange is formed on an outer housing (21) of the shower head.
