R1-R3 = H; halo; Z; alkylcarbonyl; COOH; alkylcarboxy; alkylsulphonyl; aminoalkylcarbonyl, aminoalkylcarbonylalkyl, aminosulphonyl or aminosulphonylalkyl (all optionally substituted); carbamoyl or carbamoyl-alkyl (both optionally substituted); alkyl; (2-6C poly)hydroxyalkyl; alkoxyalkyl; trifluoroalkyl; CN; OR6; SR6; protected amino, carbamoyl (optionally substituted), alkylsulphonyl, CSNH2, CHO or Z; or aminoalkyl N-substituted by 1 or 2 of alkyl, monohydroxyalkyl, 2-6C polyhydroxyalkyl, alkylcarbonyl, carbamoyl (optionally substituted), alkylsulphonyl, CHO, trifluoroalkyl, alkyl carboxy, CSNH2 and Z; A = NR4R5 or OH; The full definition of the formula is given in the first section of the full abstract.
