In the production of a sliding board, consisting of a basic structure (3) with an upper face of polymer (I) to which rigid polymer-based element(s) (2) is/are attached, (a) the lower surface of the rigid element is of a textile complex (1) having a textile core containing conductive threads (11, 12) and an outer layer compatible with (I) and (b) the element is pressed onto the structure while passing a current through the conductive threads to cause softening and welding.
