Published by National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) | U.S. Department of Health & Human Services | Metadata Last Checked: September 08, 2025 | Last Modified: 2025-09-06
The present disclosure is directed to IL-12 receptor proteins comprising a complex of the beta1 receptor protein with the beta2 receptor protein, which complex is capable of binding to human IL-12 with high affinity. When expressed in host cells the nucleic acid gives rise to substantially homogeneous IL-12 receptor proteins. The invention relates to antibodies capable of binding to cells expressing the IL-12 receptor molecules for use in the treatment of an autoimmune dysfunction.
