Patent AT-E401023-T1: [Translated] BED WITH ADJUSTMENT MEANS FOR POSITIONING A BARRIER ELEMENT FOR MATTRESSES
The hospital bed comprises a frame with a sleeping plane on which a mattress (3) is placed. It is fitted along one of its longitudinal sides with a barrier (5) able to occupy two end positions. In the first position the barrier is erected vertically with its top located at a higher level than the mattress upper surface. In the second retracted position the barrier top is located at a level lower than that of the mattress upper surface. There are lateral position adjusters (200,200',8) for the barrier in its erected position.
