An apparatus is provided for use in a device having a battery and one or more power consuming circuit boards that are powered by the battery. The battery connector includes one or more electrical conduits and a housing. Each electrical conduit includes a battery contact, a first circuit board contact, and as second circuit board contacts. The battery contact is for contacting the battery and forming an electrical connection therebetween.
