Patent AT-E401797-T1: [Translated] ADDITIVE COMPOSITION CONTAINING INORGANIC PARTICLES, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF AND FOOD PRODUCT CONTAINING THE ADDITIVE COMPOSITION
An inorganic particles-containing additive composition is disclosed which contains a polyvalent metal, a phosphoric acid ion, an organic acid having a carboxyl group and an alkali metal, said composition satisfying the following requirements of (a) and (b): (a) 70 X: Amount (mg/Kg) of the alkali metal contained in a solid content of the additive composition, (b) 0.1 Y: Electric conductivity (mS/cm) when the additive composition is adjusted to a solid concentration of 10 % by weight. The additive composition is excellent not only in dispersibility and storage stability in a liquid, but also in flavor.
