The bars (13) of the ball joint exhibits a long hole form recess in longitudinal direction. The balls are arranged equidistantly to length of the axle of the shank. The shank contains flexible bar suspended through-holes of the balls. The balls are produced by lasers and welded by laser welding. The plate, bell, stamp or tie-clip shaped fastening elements (11, 12) contains a head plate formed at drum skin. The prosthesis is by opening of the human ear shell directly coupled to interior of ear. The prosthesis is: arranged to terminator point of the hammer, to anvil extension, to the stirrup or directly dipped into interior ear; connected with an implantable hearing aid; and marked as a function of frequency response of the sound line in the tympanic cavity. The prosthesis parts are produced from silicone or glass reinforced thermosetting plastics, titanium, gold, tantalum and/or alloys or nitinol.
