ELECTRONIC RECORDS IN THIS SYSTEM ARE MAINTAINED OFF-SITE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE'S NATIONAL FINANCE CENTER (NFC) BUT CAN BE ACCESSED BY INDIVIDUALS IN THE OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND BY TIMEKEEPERS FOR EACH OF THE ENDOWMENT'S OFFICES.
