This data set provides details on the date and time of relocations or radio-collared female northern Yellowstone mule deer along with the UTMs of the location. It also includes information on whether the location was obtained from a fixed-wing aircraft or from ground triangulation, whether the location was plotted on a map or obtained by use of a GPS unit in the aircraft, the estimated accuracy of the location, whether or not the deer was seen, and an estimate of the size of the group of deer including the radio-marked animal. It also includes records of the Habitat Types with which the deer was associated, notes on the habitat, whether photos were taken, and the observer and pilot of the aircraft. Finally, there are notes as to which other radio-marked mule deer were in proximity to the deer, whether the radio collar was seen, and other comments.
