The main purpose of this study is to design and perform a series of experiments at the U.S. EPA T&E Facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, to determine the fate and transport of surrogate pathogens in bio-contaminated wastewater treated in an activated sludge pilot-scale treatment plant.
