Program Instruction (PI-15-10)
This Program Instruction (PI) provides an update to Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and tribal consortia (tribes) of the basis upon which the allotment authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and/or 2 will be made beginning with fiscal year (FY) 2016 awards, including instructions allowing tribes to self-certify their own population counts.
