Program Instruction (PI-18-05)
This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to state, territorial and tribal title IV-E agencies on the actions required to apply for one-time funding to support the development, enhancement or evaluation of kinship navigator programs. These are federal fiscal year (FY) 2018 funds, provided as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2018, enacted March 23, 2018, and must be awarded before September 30, 2018.
