While there is no specific desired target for testing rates, testing should be stable or increasing to indicate that the capacity is sufficient to support those who need to be tested. The data represents a seven day average of the diagnostic tests conducted per 1,000,000 population. The daily report of tests conducted is subject to the timeliness of test results reported from laboratories. These data reflect ongoing data quality improvements.Data is updated Monday-Friday.
