Residential Service Contract Companies Licensed in Iowa
A residential service contract company agrees to maintain, repair or replace structural components, appliances or electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling or air-conditioning systems or provide expense reimbursements in residential properties containing not more than four dwelling units.
The residential service contract company that issues the residential service contract and is obligated to arrange for the performance of services must be licensed with the Iowa Insurance Division.
