ResidentialPipeline
Contains the locations of existing residential buildings as well as known proposed and projected buildings (the pipeline). Projected numnber of units come from a number of sources, including first hand knowledge, newspaper articles and CoStar Property Information. Locations of buildings are tracked by the Downtown Detroit Partnership and updated with public announcements, building permits and other sources.
