ru23-20121025T1944
Slocum glider ru23 was deployed prior to the movement of
Hurrican Sandy into the Mid-Atlantic Bight and was deployed to
sample the sub-surface waters during the passage and landfall of
Hurricane Sandy. The glider provided real-time physical and
bio-optical measurements of the sub-surface waters near the apex
of Mid-Atlantic Bight. This dataset contains only physical
oceanographic measurements including temperature, salinity and
desnity.
