James W. Sewall Company used its standard photointerpretation and ortho-mapping workflow on 112K acres across the North Atlantic - Appalachian region. Refuges include: Block Island, Canaan Valley, Cherry Valley, Conscience Point, Elizabeth A. Morton, Erie, Featherstone, Great Swamp, James River, John H. Chafee, Mason Neck, Ninigret, Nomans Land Island, Occoquan Bay, Presquile, Patuxent Research Refuge, Rappahannock River Valley, Sachuest Point, Seatuck, Target Rock, Trustom Pond, Wallkill, Wertheim National Wildlife Refuges. Aerial photography using color infrared (CIR) film was acquired during the spring and early summer at a scale of 1"=1000' (1:12,000). Sewall's photointerpreter conducted fieldwork to establish what would be classified. These shapefile contains the interpreted attributes.
