Age-Adjusted Mortality Rate From Heart Disease - This indicator shows the age-adjusted mortality rate from heart disease (per 100,000 population). Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Maryland accounting for 25% of all deaths. Between 2012-2014, over 30,000 people died of heart disease in Maryland. Link to Data Details
