The Snow Depth on Arctic Sea Ice Product is derived from radar echograms acquired by a frequency modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) snow radar that is operated during annual, low-altitude NASA Operation IceBridge airborne surveys over Arctic sea ice. IceBridge snow radar data were acquired between March and May, 2009 - 2012 and 2014 - 2015. Snow depth statistics are computed for 10 km along-track segments, for each aircraft flight line.
