The EPA Energy Star Portfolio Manager is a nationally utilized online tool to measure and track energy and water consumption, as well as greenhouse gas emissions. The score, which ranges from 1 to 100 indicates the energy efficiency of a particular building. The score represents the percentile that a particular building falls in compared to similar buildings across the nation. A building with a score of 75 indicates that that building operates more energy efficiently than 75% of similar buildings. This dataset supports measure GTW.B.4 of SD23.
