Stream Fish Inventories in North Cascades National Park Service Complex and Mount Rainier National Park, Washington tabular data
Inventory of stream fish in North Cascades and Mount Rainier National Parks tabular data, 2001-2003. In 2001-2003, Stream Fish Inventory surveys in North Cascades National Park Service Complex included: single-pass snorkeling in 7 tributaries to the upper Skagit River, 5 tributaries to Ross Lake (reservoir in the upper Skagit River), and 2 tributaries to the upper Stehekin River; four-pass snorkeling in 4 tributaries to the upper Skagit River, 5 tributaries to Ross Lake, and 2 tributaries to the upper Stehekin River; and three-pass (minimum) electrofishing in 2 tributaries to the upper Skagit River, 2 tributaries to Ross Lake, and 1 tributary to the upper Stehekin River. Six species of fish (five native and one non-native) were documented.
In 2001-2003, Stream Fish Inventory surveys in Mount Rainier National Park included: single-pass snorkeling in 2 tributaries to the upper White River, 2 tributaries to the upper Carbon River, 2 tributaries to the upper Cowlitz River, 2 tributaries to the upper Nisqually River, and 2 tributaries to the upper Puyallup River; four-pass snorkeling in 2 tributaries to the upper White River, 2 tributaries to the upper Carbon River, 2 tributaries to the upper Cowlitz River, 2 tributaries to the upper Nisqually River, and 2 tributaries to the upper Puyallup River; and three-pass (minimum) electrofishing in 1 tributary to the upper Carbon River, and 1 tributary to the upper Nisqually River. Five species of fish (four native and one non-native) were documented.
