Surface underway measurements of partial pressure of CO2, salinity, temperature and other associated parameters during the R/V Marion Dufresne OISO-26 cruise in Indian Ocean from 2016-10-08 to 2016-10-28 (NCEI Accession 0172095)

This dataset includes continuous sea surface measurements of pCO2, temperature and salinity data during the R/V Marion Dufresne OISO-26 cruise in Indian Ocean from 2016-10-08 to 2016-10-28. The OISO program (Océan Indien Service d'Observations, supported by INSU/CNRS), initiated in 1998, collects measurements of CO2 and associated parameters (T, S, DIC, TA, O2, nutrients, Chl-a, 13C, 18O) along the repeated lines of R/V Marion Dufresne (IPEV-TAAF) in the South-Western Indian and Southern Oceans. This coverage is a complement of the international CO2 observing system (IOCCP). The OISO data are regularly included in international synthesis (SOCAT, GLODAP). The OISO-26 cruise conducted in October 2016 was associated to the SOCLIM project (PI, S.Blain/LOMIC/UPMC).
