TEDS State Instruction Manual - Discharge Data
This document describes the Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) discharge data system, including the National Outcomes Measures (NOMS) data elements, and provides the information needed to produce TEDS data files and submit the files to the TEDS Contractor.
