This is a dataset for biogenic silica concentrations (%BSi by dry weight) from macroalgae from two temperate estuaries: Waquoit Bay (MA, USA) and Narragansett Bay (RI, USA). Additional data on %C, del13C, and collection information is also provided. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Yacano, M., S. Foster, N. Ray, A. Oczkowski, J. Raven, and R.W.
