This dataset consists of discrete samples and profile observations collected during the R/V S.A. Agulhas I National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR) cruise (EXPOCODE 91AA20171209) in the Indian Ocean from 2017-12-09 to 2018-02-04. These data include total alkalinity, pH on total scale, temperature, salinity, oxygen, nutrients and ammonia measurements. The NCAOR cruise is the part of the Southern Ocean Carbon and Climate Observations and Modeling project (SOCCOM) cruises and the Antarctic resupply cruise SOE2017-18 in South West Indian Ocean.
