U.S. Border Patrol Family Unit and Unaccompanied Alien Children (0-17) Apprehensions
Beginning in 2013 and specifically in the first half of 2014, CBP has seen an overall increase in the apprehension of Unaccompanied Alien Children from Central America at the Southwest Border, specifically in the Rio Grande Valley.
