U.S. Congressional Serial Set Project (MARC UTF-8)
As part of the partnership between the Law Library of Congress and the U.S. Government Publishing Office to digitize the United States Congressional Serial Set and make the volumes available in GovInfo, Library Services and Content Management (LSCM) posts the MARC UTF-8 records in this GitHub repository. The repository contains three files: a cumulative file of all Serial Set records in the CGP, a file of the most recently added records, and a cumulative list of the volumes in the CGP.
