This glider is being deployed in the Santa Barbara Channel to provide in-situ optical and acoustic data to be matched with PACE satellite and airborne HSRL-2 Lidar system data as part of the PACE-PAX experiment. Sampling will be coordinated with PACE overpasses, the ER-2 overflights, and the NOAA RV Shearwater.
