Update: Drug-Related Emergency Department Visits Involving Synthetic Cannabinoids
This short report uses data on drug-related emergency department (ED) visits from the Drug Abuse Warning Network to look at 2011 ED visits involving synthetic cannabinoids. It shows trends compared to 2010 by gender, age group, the age distribution of patients, the drugs most commonly combined with synthetic cannabinoids and the outcome of the ED visits.
