Larval fishes were collected using three conical plankton nets fished simultaneously on the lower San Joaquin and Sacramento rivers, in 2000 and 2001. Dataset includes larval fish catch and length data, and water temperature and conductivity data. The study was designed to target larval Delta Smelt to address questions regarding their vertical distribution in the water column as related to tidal stage and diel period. This data and metadata were submitted by California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Staff though the Data Management Plan (DMP) framework with the id: DMP000387.
