WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from DISCOVERY, CHARLES DARWIN and other platforms from 1987-08-24 to 1992-11-02 (NCEI Accession 9300124)
The water depth and temperature data were collected from ships CHARLES DARWIN, CLYDE-OWS LIMA, DISCOVERY, and OCEAN WEATHER STATION L between August 24 1987 and November 2, 1992. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data containing three files with 1,697 observations were submitted on a diskette by Mr. M. Sawyer, Hydro Department, UK to NODC.
