The water depth and temperature data was collected from ship NEDLLOYD MADRAS in NE Pacific (limit-180) from October 12, 1990 to December 16, 1990. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data was collected as part of Shipboard Environmental data Acquisition System (SEAS) III program and was submitted in a diskette by Mr. Paul Stevens of Fleet Numerical Oceanography Center, Monterey, CA. The data has been converted and is now available on line in C116 file format of NODC.
