Water temperature collected at multiple depths from a mooring in Lake Superior, Great Lakes region from 2018-08-30 to 2020-08-12 (NCEI Accession 0220860)

This dataset contains vertical water temperature data for one location in the central basin of Lake Superior from August 2018 through August 2020. This mooring was located approximately 46 miles north of Rock River, Michigan. Vertical water temperature observations were collected at 21 depths, the maximum depth of this mooring location was 198 m. The temperature measurements were collected continuously during this time period with an accuracy of ±0.002 °C. The sensor deployed at 156.6 m of depth was lost during deployment. Sensor 77303 at 38.2 m of depth stopped logging observations on 11/09/2018.
